International legal and professional services firm, Ince, has announced the appointment of property law specialist, Janine Harris, as Partner.
Based in Bristol, Janine has specialised in real estate law for over 15 years and joins Ince to further enhance its real estate practice. She brings a wealth of in-depth sector knowledge to the firm and has a well-established reputation, particularly across the south of England and in Wales.

Ince’s Bristol operation was strengthened further last year through the appointment of a new partner to its established Private Wealth team and the enhancement of its global maritime offering with the addition of a specialist Maritime and Marine insurance team.
Adrian Biles, Chief Executive at Ince commented: “We are delighted to welcome Janine to the team. Her first-rate knowledge of real estate law and strong network within the sector, will strengthen our reputed real estate practice and become a valuable asset to our clients.”
Janine Harris, Partner at Ince, said: “It’s fantastic to be able to join a firm as well-positioned and with such a compelling offering for the real estate market as Ince. I was drawn to Ince due to the varied experience within the team and the breadth of complementary offerings across the business that enrich Ince’s ability to offer world class, holistic advisory services. I look forward to contributing to the practice’s growth and being part of a company that will enable me to continue to offer the highest level of service to my clients.”
