Property regeneration consultants AspinallVerdi continue to expand with the appointment of Stephanie Eaton as a director in the firm’s London office serving clients in London and the South of England.
Stephanie joins the firm with more than 18 years of experience in property consultancy via senior roles with Turley Associates, Daniel Watney LLP, Carter Jonas LLP, Strutt & Parker and Lambert Smith Hampton.
She has worked in development viability, regeneration and masterplanning, along with undertaking third party reviews of large schemes in regeneration areas for local authorities.
Her role at the London office of AspinallVerdi is to support executive director Parminder Dosanjh and other colleagues in development of the firm’s client base across the capital and throughout the southern region.
Stephanie’s extensive experience of regeneration includes working with Hertfordshire County Council on the 20-year regeneration of Stevenage town centre, various schemes in the White City Opportunity Area with Hammersmith & Fulham Borough Council including redevelopment of the BBC Television Centre and other transformational projects in and around London. Stephanie also worked on the regeneration of Harlow town centre and The Embankment, a major mixed-use scheme in Cardiff.
Her development consulting expertise includes projects such as The Old War Office for Westminster City Council and Fulham Gas Works for Hammersmith & Fulham Borough Council.

AspinallVerdi continued its expansion by recently opening offices at The Core, Newcastle Helix in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and The Colmore Building in Birmingham to serve clients across the North East and Midlands respectively.
