Clevedon based telecoms provider Pure Comms has won a sought after industry award, to round off what has been a fine year for the company.
Pure Comms beat off stiff competition to win the Reseller Partner of the Year gong at the Channel Telecom Awards, which were held in London at the South Place Hotel on Liverpool Street.
A matter of months ago, Pure Comms were also crowned business of the year at the Sian Lloyd-Jones Business Awards 2012. This event was held at the Winter Gardens in Weston-super-Mare.
Rob Vivian, who is Managing Director of Pure Comms, comments: “These awards are well recognised in the telecoms industry and we are naturally delighted to win outright in one of the categories.
“From day one Pure Comms has been committed to offering an added value service, whereby we don’t slash our prices in order to win contracts but give our customers a full-service offering which includes twenty-four customer support and technology that only a handful of providers can offer.
“Pure Comms has also invested in the business and we recently opened a research and development centre. On top of this we have won some major clients in 2012 and employed three new members of staff. This award tells us that all the hard work has been vindicated.”
Over sixty companies were represented on the night and event organisers said that Pure Comms won the reseller award because of its marked growth; advanced product offering and growth potential.
Pure Comms was established in 2009 by Rob and is based at The Radius Enterprise Centre in Clevedon Hall, Clevedon.
The company work with a number of high-profile businesses and organisations such as Bristol Airport, the UK’s leading fuel supplier BWOC, recruitment consultants Redrock and Opus and Computerworld; and Bonhams.
Earlier this year the company’s excellent performance was further recognised by a visit from North Somerset MP Dr Liam Fox.
