Leading property consultancy Alder King has made two new appointments in its Bristol head office.
Simon Metcalf has joined the firm’s planning team as an associate. A chartered town planner with over 20 years’ planning experience, he has worked across both public and private sectors leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects in the residential, commercial, energy and infrastructure sectors. He previously worked at Tetra Tech in Bristol.
Alsadeq Safieddine has joined Alder King’s energy team as a negotiator. Holding an MSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Management from the University of the West of England and an MSc in Renewable Energy Technologies from Reading University, Alsadeq has experience working with alternative fuels in the agriculture and brewing industries, as well as working proficiency in BREEAM sustainability assessment methods for master planning projects, infrastructure and buildings. He now works on land acquisition strategies with Alder King’s energy clients including Gridserve, JBM Solar, Conrad Energy and Lightsource BP.
