In one of this year’s top five deals in the Bristol fringe office market, Harmoni has taken 7,657 sq ft at Nicholson House, Lime Kiln Close, Stoke Gifford. The company has signed a ten year sub-lease with the Audit Commission at £15 psf.
Independent property adviser GVA represented the Audit Commission. Harmoni was represented by David Charles Property Consultants.
Specialist health care provider Harmoni is moving into Bristol for the first time to service a new NHS111 twenty-four hour helpline number.
Amy Bullamore, of GVA’s office agency team in Bristol says, “Harmoni chose Nicholson House for the flexibility of the space available, and importantly for its proximity to rail and road transport links.”
With the Audit Commission having vacated Nicholson House earlier this year, and with plans to consolidate further in 2013, accommodation is currently available in Nicholson House and neighbouring Westward House. Units are available from just over 7,000 sq ft up to 28,500 sq ft, with configuration to suit tenants’ requirements.
“With the average letting up to the end of the third quarter of 2012 being just 4,500 sq ft in the Bristol fringe office market, this letting to Harmoni is significant, and closes the year on a positive note,” continues Amy. “Lack of Grade A space in the city means that well specified second hand space such as that available at Nicholson House, is now being snapped up.”
The new NHS 111 free helpline allows patients to gain improved and simplified access to non-urgent care by using a single, simple point of contact.
