Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has signed up to 10,200 sq ft of space at 55 Wells Street, London W1. The firm has taken two floors on a six-year lease on assignment from Williams Lea Tag and joins occupiers including Mayfair Capital, Synova and Kuvari Partners.
The new office follows a wider strategic review of the business’s working practices as it moves towards a fully agile workplace and follows the introduction of a new ‘Work Anywhere’ ethos across the firm.
The new HQ building will be a dedicated flagship collaborative space for colleagues and clients and will be supported by a wider regional network of 30 offices, which will be accessible to all staff as required.
Ezra Nahome, CEO of LSH, said: “We have learned a lot about ourselves as individuals, as teams and as a collective entity over the past two years. The key takeaway for us all is that this is a business that has embraced change and which is now purposefully and strategically positioned to deliver a genuinely agile working environment.
Our new HQ will showcase best-in-class collaborative space, while our extensive regional network ensures that staff have convenient access to office amenities when required. This working model brings us in line with modern consultancy businesses and we are confident that LSH offers one of the most progressive working environments in the sector.”
LSH will relocate from its existing offices at United Kingdom House, W1 in mid-February following the completion of fit-out works.
55 Wells St was originally built in 2017 by Great Portland Estates Plc and designed by Buckley Grey Yeoman. It has a BREEAM Excellent rating, dedicated cycle bays, showers/ lockers, a communal roof terrace and flexible Grade A accommodation.
LSH represented itself, while Williams Lea Tag was advised by Avison Young and Knight Frank.
