Fabrice Leger has been appointed Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Maghreb. This new country manager role takes effect from 1 January 2013.
This new role will see Fabrice assume responsibility for the JLL Maghreb business of 30 people. He is currently a Regional Director in the Paris Valuation team. As country manager, he will re-locate to Casablanca.

This appointment highlights our commitment to our international market leading position and desire to expand our capabilities across EMEA to match increasing client demand.”
Fabrice Leger, Managing Director, JLL Maghreb, added: “As well as growing international demand, local prime-office markets across Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia are also maturing quickly. The potential for hotels and hospitality real estate advice is also apparent. We remain cautious about the current socio-economic situation but I am confident that the long-term future is bright and am keen to accelerate JLL business growth across the Maghreb region.”
Fabrice will report to Benoît du Passage on the JLL EMEA Management Board.
The JLL Maghreb office in Casablanca opened in 2007.
