Property regeneration consultants AspinallVerdi have opened an office in Birmingham to serve an increasing number of clients across the Midlands.
The growing independent provider of property regeneration consultancy to clients in the public and private sectors has taken serviced office space at The Colmore Building, Queensway.
Led by executive director Parminder Dosanjh and associate director Hayley Miles, the team serving the Midlands from the 310,000 sq ft Grade A landmark office building has secured new clients throughout the region including Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Galliford Try, North West Leicestershire District Council and Warwickshire County Council.
Headquartered in Leeds and with other offices in Liverpool, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and London, AspinallVerdi is enjoying ongoing growth and recently took its number of staff to 24 with strategic appointments across its network.
One of those senior hires was Hayley, who arrived with more than 20 years of experience in the Midlands property market.
A chartered surveyor and registered valuer, Hayley spent 12 years in the public sector and eight in the private sector focused on property, strategic land development and regeneration with JLL and Thomas Lister.
Hayley has recently been advising clients on major regeneration projects throughout the West Midlands, including Levelling Up fund bids for Amber Valley Borough Council, Worcester City Council, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and Telford and Wrekin Council.
