Property consultancy Harris Lamb has achieved an ISO accreditation to ensure it offers the highest standards of service to its clients.
The business, which has offices in Birmingham, Worcester and Stoke-on-Trent, has achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation having met a rigorous set of quality standards to deliver the highest levels of service and in-house procedures.
The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implementation of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
Gert Corfield, director of the business, said: “This standard, in addition to an Investors in People award, highlights Harris Lamb’s commitment to providing the very best service to its clients and customers, and we will continue to build on this achievement.
“This is an important development for us as it enables Harris Lamb to continue to win the new work which we have been taking on recently with national property portfolios of mixed use, Industrial, office and retail premises.
“It is essential that we continue to deliver the standards that our clients expect, and the ISO is a reassurance to them that our processes are regularly monitored to maintain and improve our quality standards,” he added.
