A pedestrianised shopping arcade in the heart of Hampshire has called ‘full house’ with a festive brace of lettings.
Fashion retailers Crew Clothing and Moshulu footwear have moved into ground floors units previously occupied by, respectively, outdoor wears retailer Millets and photography chain Jessops at Rams Walk, Petersfield.
Tim Clark, the retail space specialist with regional commercial property consultancy Hughes Ellard, which has its head office in Southampton, acted for the shopping centre landlord.
He said: “Rams Walk is an attractive pedestrianised arcade which is popular with discerning shoppers in and around Petersfield.
“With the eagerly-awaited arrival of Crew Clothing and Moshulu, the centre’s 20 outlets are now fully occupied in time for Christmas and the new year. Consumer demand for quality outlets within Petersfield town centre means there is little vacancy here.”
Dee Buffone, centre manager, said: “Rams Walk is a retail jewel in the crown for Petersfield, generating valuable local jobs, and the fact that we have called full house again so shortly after the departure of two occupiers is testament to its enduring appeal to consumers and retailers.”
