The UK’s largest independent commercial property consultant and the Midlands leading national property advisor, GVA has announced a new appointment and promotion in its Investment Management Consultancy team.
Tori Robins has joined GVA from BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Senior Surveyor and will work on the management of The Water’s Edge leisure development at Brindleyplace, along with servicing national contracts for a number of fund management clients.
Jonathan Cooper has been promoted to Senior Surveyor following his successful work on the Prestbury Max Industrious portfolio and will now advise on their office portfolio
A part of the wider Property Management team, the 14-strong Property Investment Consultancy team offers a full range of advice and services to property investors and company fund managers, including due diligence and service charge audits. The team also provides property and facilities management services and manages clients’ multi-let portfolios.

The Property Investment Consultancy team has been appointed by Opus Land to manage Opus Aspect in Birmingham and will provide property management consultancy and service charge strategy to Friargate LLP on their major redevelopment in Coventry.
