Harris Lamb has continued its recruitment drive with the addition of two new roles within its Property Management department.
Further to its commitment to develop the business throughout 2021, Harris Lamb made the latest appointments to help oversee the service charge management and rent collection of a UK-wide network of commercial and residential properties.
Qasim Sidique joins the business as a property administrator, bringing five years experience within the sector, most recently at Avison Young, while Ashleigh Richards has been appointed as a property inspector further to spending four years at Purple Frog Property.
Shirley Greenlees, Director, said: “We are delighted with the way that our team has developed over the past two years, securing new contracts to manage a diverse range of properties across the country, within the office, industrial, retail and residential sectors.
“Throughout the pandemic, we continued to maintain and service our diverse property management portfolio, liaise with clients and occupiers, collect rental income, and as so many businesses are now, thankfully, back in the workplace, our workload continues to grow further.
“As such, we have welcomed Qasim and Ashleigh to the department to ensure we continue to deliver the high service levels we pride ourselves on. Both have extensive experience in landlord-tenant relations, assessing maintenance, arranging and inspecting repairs, reviewing leases and negotiating licenses, all of which will prove valuable when working alongside their colleagues,” she added.
