Glenny’s Business Space Agency has let a 26,526 sq ft warehouse at Mollison Avenue in Enfield, London to Eggfree Cake Box, a nationwide bakery delivering 100% egg free celebration cakes.
Acting on behalf of Peter Colby Commercial, Glenny negotiated a 10 year lease for the end terrace warehouse, which occupies a highly prominent location on the east side of Mollison Avenue and within the established Brimsdown industrial area.
