The final office suite has been let at recently-refurbished PS21 in Bristol, owned by developer Robert Hitchins Ltd.
QBE Insurance Group, one of the world’s top insurers and reinsurers who provide cover in more than 140 countries, have taken a lease on 2,283 sq ft on the second floor of the four-storey office building in Prince Street.

The agents were Colliers International and Knight Frank.
Director James Preece from Colliers International said: “We are delighted to have fully let PS21 on behalf of Robert Hitchins Ltd. As well as providing quality office space, the building is ideally located between Harbourside and Queen Square so that occupiers are close to a multitude of amenities.
“PS21 has performed very well for a forward-thinking landlord who has continually upgraded the space since the refurbishment.”
