Nolan Redshaw have announced that they have successfully negotiated the off-market acquisition of Kirkless Industrial Estate in Wigan on behalf of a retained private client. Parkinson Real Estate acted on behalf of the vendor.
Located in Aspull, Wigan, the site totals over 27 acres and contains a balanced mix of industrial units and self-contained yards let to over 70 separate tenants, with a broad mix of local and regional occupiers. The estate has seen significant development over a number of years and is initially fully let.

The site was acquired for over £4.5 million and is one of the largest industrial sites in Wigan held in single ownership.
