Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 14 Ashley Road, Boscombe to Mr Krupa who has opened the premises as a Tattoo Parlour.
The premises comprise a net usable area of 394 sq ft and were let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 5 years. The quoting rental was £5,500 per annum, exclusive.
