Colliers has been awarded a prestigious mandate from Astrea to provide property management services to the Berkeley Square Estate.
Following a competitive tender process, Colliers was selected to take on the mandate for the Central London portfolio which comprises several historic buildings and landmark properties in Mayfair and Knightsbridge.

Colliers will officially take over management of the Berkeley Square Estate from Avison Young in the New Year.
