The rent agreed for the unit is £9.50 per sq ft. .

The high quality, modern warehouse space has allowed us to run our operations seamlessly and is why we have taken the decision to upsize here. Expanding into the neighbouring G2 unit means we can continue to grow in a world-class business environment.”
The upsize follow the news Cutwrights and Rattanpark Furniture have also taken warehouse space at Fleets Corner Business Park alongside Lush Cosmetics who has recently expanded into the 40,000 sq ft Unit M warehouse. They join CityFibre, the UK’s largest alternative provider of wholesale fibre infrastructure, which has let 2,400 sq ft of office space at the recently refurbished Waterloo House at Fleets Corner.
