Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has become the latest occupier to secure space at Terramond’s Lysander House at Cribbs Causeway with the acquisition of 5,000 sq. ft. of prime office space.
Konica Minolta will join occupiers Brightside and Rock Services in the high-profile building, leaving just 3,850 sq ft available at ground floor level.
