Flude Property Consultants (FPC) are delighted to have let the former Drill Hall in Portsmouth.
The substantial city centre unit is over 7,000 sq ft in size and is in a central position close to public car parks, bus and rail stations. The area also has a large student population.
The accommodation forms part of a Grade II Listed building which was configured as a Gym a few years ago. Internally, the ground floor provided two large open plan areas, changing rooms and offices. There is a mezzanine which was used as a studio by the previous tenant.
The Drill Hall has been let to Bodyworx 360; an industrial gym and fitness club that offer a range of classes with experienced instructors. The Drill Hall will be their second location in Hampshire. Terms for a sublease of the unit were agreed late last year and Bodyworx 360 are now open to the public.
