Prime Property Consultancy has secured a third tenant for Speke office development Aviation House, meaning the entire building is now fully let. Pinnacle Group, a leading mixed-tenure housing management provider has signed a 10-year lease for 5,686 sq ft on the second floor. The company will join current tenants Keepmoat Homes and Tyrenet Ltd.
Aviation House is a refurbished Grade A office development with attractive landscaped surroundings, located at Estuary Business Park, close to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
Matthews & Goodman acted on behalf of the landlord, asset manager Prime Property Consultancy, to dispose of the space.
