Real Estate Investors plc (REI) has agreed a major letting of 8,000 sq ft to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government at Titan House in Telford.
The entire ground floor has been taken by the Department of Work & Pensions on a five year term from 19 May 2021. It will be occupied by around 50 staff with training facilities for public courses.
Titan House is one of four headquarters office buildings on Euston Park. The building overlooks the M54 motorway, the gateway to M6 M5, M42 and M40 national motorway network.
The property comes with 103 parking spaces allocated pro rata to tenants.
REI’s asset manager Jack Sears and investment manager Andrew Osborne instructed agents Mark Robinson at BNP and Richard Bradbury at Bulleys on a joint agency basis.
Richard Bradbury at Bulleys said: “This letting to a Government tenant reflects the demand for quality office buildings such as this. Titan House benefits from a prime town centre location being adjacent to the railway station, shopping area and its associated town centre facilities.”
Train times from Telford include 23 minutes to Wolverhampton, 47 minutes to Birmingham New Street and London Euston can be reached in 2 hours 13 minutes.
Jack Sears said: “As we start to move out of lockdown, enquiries are now starting to pick up for good quality stock, and we have three floors remaining within the building, with availability ranging from 4,000 sq to 25,000 sq ft.
“This is an excellent letting both for Telford and Titan House.”
