New facilities created at M60 Office Park have been officially opened by Salford City Mayor, Paul Dennett.
Prime Property Consultancy has overseen the development of a new on-site café, run by premium operator Bean, a state-of-the-art gym, showers, changing rooms and secure cycle storage.
Each of these facilities is now up and running for the use of the business community based at the Park. This includes fashion e-tailer In the Style, which recently agreed terms to occupy the whole of the 23,500 sq ft Maple Court.
The facilities were officially opened by Salford’s elected mayor on a day of events that also saw the region’s top property agents given a tour of the Park, showcasing the remaining suites.
Paul Dennett, Salford City Mayor, said: “What Salford is all about is providing great opportunities for all people, and it’s brilliant to see developments like this come forward.
“The Covid pandemic has highlighted that now more than ever, employers have to look after their people, to really do all they can to offer a safe, secure environment that supports the health and wellbeing of employees.
“These facilities allow that to happen and it’s great to see employers choosing Salford as their home, creating jobs and opportunities in our city. We wish M60 Office Park every success.”
Imran Younus, commercial director of Prime Property Consultancy, commented: “Our client purchased this park in 2018 and we have invested a lot of time, effort and money into making it a place where businesses want to be.
“Modern companies are right to expect great facilities, and it’s a pleasure to welcome people through the doors here to see for themselves what we’ve created.”
The last remaining suites at M60 Office Park range from 2,000 sq ft to floorplates of 7,500 sq ft and the last whole building of 23,500 sq ft.
Rob Yates of Cushman & Wakefield and Richard Wharton of JLL are joint agents for the Park.
