FigFlex Offices has welcomed three new tenants to its Swindon location at 3 Newbridge Square, providing a total of 572 sq ft of serviced office space following its relaunch earlier this year.
The first of the three tenants is leading railway infrastructure services provider, Colas Rail. The business currently occupies 744 sq ft of office space with FigFlex Offices and has now expanded to take an additional 388 sq ft, bringing Colas Rail’s total occupied space to 1,132 sq ft across seven spacious offices for its 30 employees.
A further 119 sq ft has been taken by Hampshire-headquartered recruitment company, Active Staff, which will open its third southern office this month at FigFlex Swindon. Joining Colas Rail and Active Staff, is technology recruitment agency, Good Talent. The company, which uses innovative and user-friendly HR tech products to help organisations meet their recruiting needs, now occupies 65 sq ft of the new serviced office space.
FigFlex Offices underwent a rebrand earlier this year with a reimagined product, which focuses on flexibility, convenience and additional business support for its members in response to the post-pandemic market demand. FigFlex Offices focuses on four core services: serviced offices, coworking, meeting rooms and virtual offices.
