Compton, the City Fringe office property specialist has appointed Josh Perlmutter to its agency team, where he will be dealing with disposal work on behalf of landlords and investors.
Josh, 26, joins from Richard Susskind & Co, where he had worked since 2013.
Key instructions that he will be promoting include The Buckley Building in Clerkenwell and the Arts Building in Finsbury Park.
