Savills, on behalf of Melbourne Holdings Ltd, has let office space at Olympus House on Staniland Way in Werrington, Peterborough to KONE plc.
The company that provides lifts for all building types has agreed to a new five-year lease for 2,164 sq ft (201 sq m) and will occupy Suites 3 and 4 on the ground floor of the two storey office building.
Following this latest deal there is just 5,147 sq ft (478 sq m) remaining, which is available to let at a quoting rent of £9.50 per sq ft (£102 per sq m).

The firm required a professional office set up separate to its warehousing, where the size and condition, plus the private car parking would encourage UK staff to use the facility. Due to the property’s strong credentials and comparably cheaper rents we expect to receive strong interest in the remaining available space.”
