Canal & River Trust, advised jointly by Savills and Eddisons, has let the last remaining units on Titan Drive in Fengate, Peterborough to Lincs Electrical Wholesalers Ltd, SDJ Sports Ltd and Bevcraft Ltd respectively.
Lincs Electrical Wholesalers has agreed to a new 10-year lease for trade counter space totalling 5,066 sq ft (470 sq m) and will occupy Unit 6. Whilst retailer SDJ Sports has agreed to a new five-year lease for Unit 7 which totals 10,281 sq ft (955 sq m). Subsequently, Bevcraft, the process and packaging solution specialist, has also taken a new 10-year lease for Unit 9, comprising 10,412 sq ft (967 sq m).
