Acting on behalf of Lancaster PLC, Vickery Holman have recently concluded the letting of premises at Bucklers Lane, Holmbush, St Austell.
The property was previously used as a Mercedes HGV workshop and comprised a ground floor workshop, reception, offices, parts department and toilets together with offices and kitchen/ staff room on the first floor, plus yard and parking area.
The building measures 492 sq m (5,294 sq ft) and had 5 roller shutter doors and 2 commercial sized vehicle inspection pits together with a manual 2 Tonne gantry crane.
The unit has been taken by Aspire Gymnastics Academy who have been trading in Truro for 3 years, previously as the City of Truro Gymnastics Club. It is currently undergoing a comprehensive refit and is will be open in time for Christmas.
