A trio of new lettings have been agreed at Fleets Corner Business Park in Poole, totalling more 28,500 sq ft of warehouse and office space.
Cutwrights has signed for 15,100 sq ft across two floors, whilst Rattanpark Furniture has taken 11,091 sq ft as its new headquarters.
The third letting is Cityfibre’s 2,378 sq ft.

Goadsby and JLL acted for Federated Hermes in the three deals.
