Compton, the City Fringe office property specialist, has promoted Emma Higgins as an Associate Director within the firm’s disposals team.
Emma was part of the ten-strong team that left Colliers International earlier this year when Compton was formed as an independent agency focused on London’s City Fringe office market. She had joined Colliers in 2016 from Savills where she had worked for three years, having graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2013.
Shaun Simons, a founding partner of Compton, said: “Having worked in London’s most dynamic office market for over five years, Emma has developed a detailed and intimate knowledge of the City Fringe and the businesses that operate here. Her intuitive understanding and empathy for the occupational needs of companies have made her a very valuable and important part of our expanding team.”
Emma Higgins added: “Due to its heritage, diversity and accessibility, I believe that the City Fringe will emerge from the pandemic as an even more important driving force in London’s economy. I am excited by the opportunities that the area can offer businesses and proud to be part of Compton’s successful team at this time.”
