Property consultancy Alder King has announced two promotions in its Bristol head office. Building surveyor Elaine Summers and lease advisory specialist Josh Bryant are to become associates, with effect from 1st September.
A chartered building surveyor since 2008, Elaine Summers joined Alder King’s building consultancy team in 2017 and has worked on a wide range of commercial and residential building projects across the region. Amongst other achievements, she recently secured a high value instruction to carry out planned maintenance programmes for a Bristol charity at two of its sites in the city.
Josh Bryant took up his post in Alder King’s lease advisory team 18 months ago, a few weeks before the first lockdown. Despite the challenge of settling in while working remotely, he has quickly positioned himself as a valuable team member and trusted adviser, successfully supporting a broad range of landlord and tenant clients with their rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears. Josh advises clients in all sectors of the commercial property market here in the South West and across the UK, achieving strong results for clients across the UK.
Alder King chair Martyn Jones complimented Elaine and Josh on the significant contribution they have made to their teams and the wider business.
“Elaine and Josh are highly accomplished experts in their respective fields, providing their clients with first class advice. They have secured valuable new instructions over the last 18 months and their promotions are recognition of their commitment and initiative.”
