National property consultancy Carter Jonas has enhanced its Industrial Team with Darren Letherby joining as a Partner based in the firm’s Bristol office.
Formerly at North & Letherby Chartered Surveyors and with a career spanning over 30 years, Darren has advised a wide range of private and public sector property owners on the valuation of property portfolios and provides lease consultancy advice to landlords and tenants. Darren continues to represent The Bristol Port Company in relation to all real estate, development and management matters arising in respect of its c2,600-acre estate at Portbury, Avonmouth and Severnside.
Darren joins Carter Jonas’ dedicated South West Industrial Team, including Alison Williams, George Lynch and Ed Cawse. Over the past 12 months, the team has driven several significant industrial transactions in the region, supporting occupiers, investors and developers in a sector transformed through the impacts of changing consumer habits, Covid and Brexit. The team forms part of the firm’s national industrial offering with specialists working across the UK out of its commercial hub offices in Leeds, Birmingham, Oxford, Cambridge, Bristol and London.
