UK’s leading mobility solutions and automotive services provider Redde Northgate, represented by Ryden, has successfully taken a lease of Unit 12A, Peterseat Park, Altens in Aberdeen. The property has been let on a 10 year lease with a break option at year 5.
The prominent industrial premises comprises 6,516 sq ft of quality detached warehouse space with a 3,208 sq ft two storey office accommodation, including ancillary car parking and large secure yard.
