Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 111 Old Milton Road to Mr Hugh Maccallion who will open the retail premises as a second hand shop.
The premise comprise a net usable area of 727 sq ft and was let on a short term license for a period of 6 months with a possibility of a long term lease thereafter. The quoting rental was £7,500 per annum, exclusive.
