Leading human services provider Ingeus UK has taken a major part of Kingston House in West Bromwich as it expands its presence in the region.
The letting was sealed by Black Country-based property agents Bond Wolfe.
Ingeus has taken 4,470 sq ft on the first floor of the six-storey office block on a six year term as part of a substantial growth drive.
The company works with local and national government on a range of projects aimed at building stronger societies and helping people develop their prospects and potential. It also works with employers to support inclusive workforce recruitment and development.
In the UK, where it works with more than 70 partner organisations, they support more than 100,000 people a year improve their skills, health and wellbeing to achieve employment and independence through their health, employment, justice and youth programmes.
Kingston House, in West Bromwich High Street, is a modern spacious and popular office block with easy access to the local transport network.
James Mattin, managing director agency at Bond Wolfe, said: “This deal is further evidence that the office market is alive and well post Covid.
“We have seen a steady increase in office space requirements throughout 2021 and have strong interest in the remaining space at Kingston House.”
Law firm Clark Brookes Turner Carey acted for landlord REI plc in the leasing agreement. Pinsent Masons provided legal advice for Ingeus and Vail Williams acted as agent for the tenant.
