Boots have agreed a five-year lease renewal with Lothbury Investment Management Limited, on behalf of Lothbury Property Trust, for their retail unit at Blackwater Shopping Park in Farnborough.
The 7,000 sq ft Unit has been let at a rate of £25 per sq ft, generating an annual rent of £175,100.
Perry Linch, Head of Asset Management at Lothbury Investment Management, said: “It is very pleasing to have secured this important national brand at Blackwater for a further five years. The Park remains a solid performing, long-term asset for the Fund with an attractive mix of retailers on site, including Next, Costa, Currys/PC World, TK Maxx, Home Sense, Mamas and Papas and Halfords.”
Blackwater Shopping Park enjoys excellent access from Farnborough and the surrounding area, being adjacent to the A331 and a few minutes’ drive from junction 4 of the M3.
Lothbury was represented by McMullen Real Estate and Morgan Williams. Boots were unrepresented.
