Andrew Gibson has joined strategic real estate adviser Avison Young as Director of Capital Markets in Wales.
He joins from Cushman & Wakefield in Cardiff where he headed the Capital Markets and Development team.

Andrew’s experience has covered key strategic deals in Wales over recent years, such as providing the sale & leaseback advice in structuring the disposal of the c.27 acres GE Healthcare facility, Coryton and the acquisition of the Red Dragon Centre on behalf of Cardiff Council. Specialising in investment agency, development site acquisition and disposal, Andrew works with development clients and occupiers such as Premier Inn within the leisure/retail sectors and has provided strategic consultancy advice to a number of local authorities in Wales. Andrew is also a member of the FBE committee and currently Chairman of the Lords Taverners Wales charity.
