FHP Property Consultants have secured the letting Unit 2, County Business Park close to the Notts County ground in Nottingham City Centre. The property has been let on a new 10 year lease to Yesss Electrical to Provide an electrical trade counter on the site. Yesss Electrical are now in the process of undertaking their shop fit out with a view to being operational early in the new year.
Yesss Electrical have recently acquired a number of properties throughout the UK and will soon become a familiar brand within the electrical wholesales market. The Company are currently planning to open more than 80 sales counters in the UK over the next 12 months and are set to open more than 200 in the coming years.

Mark Tomlinson, Surveyor at FHP Property Consultants who acted on behalf of the landlord in the deal commented:-

This property has good prominence as well as being a familiar location close to Nottingham City Centre just a stone’s throw away from Notts County ground.”
