Flude Property Consultants (FPC) are delighted to announce the letting of approximately 8,500 sq ft of newly created prime office space at Moore House in central Brighton; which FPC believe represents the biggest office letting to complete in the city since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Moore House is a five storey mixed use building comprising restaurant & leisure premises at ground floor, and offices at first through to fifth floor levels. The building occupies a central location on the popular Black Lion Street, which links the seafront to the famous Brighton Lanes.
The subject space comprised a newly created duplex office suite located over the top two floors of the building, with floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic city & coastal views, opening onto a large roof terrace. The floors were fitted to a Cat A specification providing high quality workspace in a prime location.
FPC director, Ed Deslandes, commented, “We are really pleased to get this deal over the line on behalf of our clients DTZi / Glasgow City Council and almost back to back with completion of the build out. This deal was conceived at a time when the market was still very uncertain, and with very few occupiers willing or able to commit to the take up of what is a sizeable chunk of office space. We wish the new tenants all the very best in their new office, albeit we remain a bit jealous of the roof terrace & views they are set to enjoy”.
