Dean Park House provides purpose built office accommodation over seven storeys and occupies a prominent location with on-site car-parking.
Goadsby were pleased to assist Wizzle by Carwow with their expansion within the building from Suite 1, Second Floor to the 6th floor which provides approximately 2,830 sq ft of refurbished open plan accommodation. The refurbishment included a new kitchen, carpets, air conditioning, LED lighting, suspended ceiling, electrics and perimeter trunking. Wizzle by Carwow were delighted to secure the space in order to aid their expansion.
Following the letting of the 6th Floor, Goadsby agreed a new lease of Suite 1, Second Floor to The Right Crowd which provided approximately 1,242 sq ft of office accommodation and the specification included heating, perimeter trunking, air conditioning, kitchenette and suspended ceiling.
