The firm has expanded its new Savills Earth team with the appointment of Dan Jestico who joins as a sustainable design director based at the firm’s Finsbury Circus House office in the City of London.
Dan has more than 17 years’ experience delivering net-zero carbon buildings and masterplans. He joins Savills from Iceni Projects, where he was responsible for designing and futureproofing schemes within the built environment, ready for the 2050 net-zero carbon economy. He specialises in low carbon, sustainable design, climate science and related national and local environmental policy, alongside tackling social and economic issues. Dan has worked with clients including Great Portland Estates, SEGRO, GLP and Greystar across a wide range of cross-disciplinary projects.

He will also be instrumental in helping businesses develop net zero strategies to drive down their carbon emissions.
