Compton, the City Fringe office property specialist has appointed Samantha-Jo Roberts as a senior adviser in its expanding team.
Samantha-Jo previously worked at Stirling Ackroyd for six years, dealing with office disposals in the East London market. She has just received a first-class honours degree in Real Estate Management from UCEM and will be part of the team at Compton dealing with instructions that include Gilray House, 146-150 City Road EC1V 2NL, comprising of 12,321 sq ft workspace designed by acclaimed London based award winning architecture practice HÛT, along with Metropolitan Wharf, 70 Wapping Wall, E1W 3SS, consisting of 10,739 sq ft office space within a Grade II listed purpose-built Victorian riverside warehouse.
