Commercial agents Sellers have let a prime Wombourne office to an electrical contracting firm.
Midwest Mechanical & Electrical Services Limited has taken on the entire first floor of Heath Mill House on Heath Mill Lane on a new six-year lease.
The business was attracted to the opportunity because of its excellent location and extensive car parking facilities.
Matthew Pearcey, who oversaw the letting on behalf of the landlord, a private investor, said: “Established 30 years ago in Wolverhampton, Midwest has grown from providing maintenance and project service to local businesses to overseeing major UK-wide contracts across the hospitality, Defence and NHS sectors.
“While wanting to remain loyal to its Wolverhampton roots, Midwest wanted a well-appointed office with good access links. In light of the forthcoming end to work-from-home instructions as Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, Midwest also wanted to ensure that its new premises were spacious and provided plenty of room for people to feel safe and comfortable about returning to the office.
“Located within close proximity to the national motorway network by way of Junction 2 of the M54, and with generous parking facilities set in a landscaped environment, Heath Mill House fulfilled two of the business’ main criteria. The 3,500 sq ft floor plate also allowed the business to provide ample space for its team, providing a range of private and open-plan accommodation to suit the business’ needs,” he added.
Sellers was acquired by Harris Lamb to strengthen its award-winning Commercial Agency team in 2019.
