Three new tenants have moved onto Colwick Business Park after a triple deal by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
Ruby Core, All Bar None and Neon Studs have all found a new home at the popular business park after a major refurbishment programme by landlord Radford Holdings.
After a deal fell through to build new offices on the site, Radford Holdings set to work on a comprehensive refurbishment of the units, including new electrical and plumbing installations, suspended ceilings, carpets, full painting of all offices, warehouse and warehouse floor, new external cladding and skylights, the repointing and cleaning of brickwork and roof repairs
Such has been the success of NG brokering the deals for three new tenants at the unit, that the landlord is planning to build more.
Joe Muddiman, director at Radford Holdings, said: “Planning has been granted on two new industrial units on the estate of approximately 3,000 sq ft each. Work should start on these in the summer with contractors being appointed and the site being cleared in June. Planning is also being submitted for a third unit of around 5,000 sq ft along with an existing two-storey office block refurbishment, planned for 2022.”
Charlotte Steggles of NG said: “Working with a proactive landlord such as Radford Holdings certainly smoothed the passage for these deals to be completed. They moved quickly to refurbish the units and the rapid way in which we found new tenants means they are now looking to build some more. We look forward to working with them again in the near future.”
Joe added: “NG are an excellent team, very polite and professional. All units have been let in a quick turnaround with very good deals for us and tenants. We would be happy to recommend NG to other companies and look forward to continuing working with them on our new projects.”
