Bond Wolfe sees growing demand for West Bromwich office space as Landchard House is fully let
Growth for an existing tenant has seen commercial agents Bond Wolfe seal a deal that completes the letting of all 26,000 sq ft at Landchard House in West Bromwich.
It comes in the wake of growing demand for office space in the Black Country town.
The final 2,173 sq ft first floor office suite at the Victoria Street building has been taken by Go Train, a successful and fast-growing training provider, which has doubled the amount of space it is using.
The purpose-built office building offers commissionaire reception and secure private parking at the rear, as well as its prominent town centre location and 24-hour access.
James Mattin, managing director agency at Bond Wolfe, said: “Landchard house is a 26,000 sq ft multi-let office block situated just off the High Street. Its close proximity to the town centre amenities, metro line, and central bus station has always made it popular with tenants so it is no surprise that the building is now fully let.
“We have had a tremendous run of office lettings in the town , including the 18,000 sq ft let to Sandwell College at West Plaza.
“Demand for office space in West Bromwich remains and we are in a somewhat unexpected position where options for office space are becoming limited in the town.”
