Owen joined the firm as an associate in 2019 and has played an active role in the growth of valuations and consultancy activities in South Wales.
He said: “Despite a difficult time because of the pandemic Knight Frank has enjoyed a strong year in its valuations work. The business has performed very well, with Knight Frank’s partnership approach and team ethos a key factor in the firm’s strength in the region. I am delighted to join the Partnership and I look forward to my growing role within the company.”
Richard Walters, head of Knight Frank’s Valuation team in Cardiff said: “We recruited Owen as a key player in the South Wales commercial property market who could help take our valuations service on to a new level.
