Independent property company, Hortons’ Estate Ltd has agreed a pair of lease renewals with long standing tenants at Wellington Industrial Estate in Bilston.
Flexible storage business, Road Freight Services, has signed a three-year extension on 58,000 sq ft of industrial warehouse accommodation at the multi-let estate off Bean Road in Coseley.
Chase Equipment, the UK market leader in the supply of loading bay equipment, has agreed a lease extension until 2024. The new agreement on 37,000 sq ft of warehouse space, includes 17,600 sq ft of additional accommodation to meet a growing demand for its services.
Wellington Industrial Estate extends to over 750,000 sq ft and is conveniently located just a short distance from the M6, M5 and local rail terminals.
It is home to existing occupiers including AF Accident Repair Centre, which almost tripled the size of its operation by moving into newly refurbished premises on the site earlier this year.
Hortons’ has begun work on refurbishment of Unit 61, a 7,400 sq ft building, which is already under offer. It is the last remaining unit on the estate.
