Deroma Spa, the leading producer and distributor of plants and flowers pots in terracotta, plastic and ceramics has leased 44,000 sq ft of space in Gloucester.
The company has taken a 5-year lease at 14 Mill Pace, Bristol Road in Gloucester having vacated from their unit in Quedgeley Trading Estate.
Cushman & Wakefield agreed the deal on behalf of the landlord, Robert Hitchins whilst Deroma represented themselves.
The property comprises a detached warehouse unit located off Bristol Road in close proximity to Gloucester city centre and M5 motorway.
The warehouse will help facilitate continued expansion plans for the business.
Ed Rohleder, Senior Surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial team, said: “We are very happy to have secured the letting of 14 Mill Place to Deroma. Given the tight timescales involved in vacating their existing industrial unit in Quedgeley we were able to expedite the deal so not to affect their trading. We are pleased to have assisted our client Robert Hitchins and to continue our long standing working relationship with them.”
