Northwood Regional UK have announced three new deals at Deva City Office Park, Manchester. This comes following on from the recent letting to David Blank Furniss who took 4,709 sq ft in units 13 – 15 The Brewery Yard. CBRE, Canning O’Neill & Edwards & Co act as letting agents on behalf of Northwood Regional UK.
Further letting success has been secured, with Universal Solutions taking a lease of the whole of Unit 17, The Brewery Yard, measuring 3,323 sq ft. Universal Solutions are providers of commercial and residential furniture and have committed to a new 7 year lease. The office park sits just off Deansgate and offers self-contained units along with fully fitted, character suites with abundant onsite parking. This appeals to a wide range of companies with occupiers such as Handelsbanken already calling the Office Park home.
Anexsys Limited, leaders in technology and consulting services for law firms, have also recently signed a new lease at the office park taking 1,552 sq ft of self-contained space in unit 7. This comes in addition to Thomasons, a well established civil and structural engineering firm, also expanding into 4,853 sq ft in unit 3.
