National Chartered Surveyor firm Bruton Knowles is showcasing its drive to recognise and nurture talent from within its business. Since James Bailey took over as Managing Partner in 2017, part of his strategy to success has always involved prioritising internal career development.
Employees have been given the opportunity to progress through training and on the job experience, allowing them to enhance current skills and drive their teams and junior colleagues forward, all contributing to wider business growth.
Now, despite what has been a turbulent year for the industry as it continues to recover from the economic pressures bought on by Covid-19, Bruton Knowles is announcing nine Senior promotions across a number of its National Teams including Utilities and Infrastructure, Rural, Valuations and Commercial.
May Dudley (U&I Team), Chris Renshaw (U&I Team), Nicole Fitzpatrick (Valuations Team), Aled Jenkins and Ian LeGrice (Commercial) have all been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate and Rachel Holland from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor (U&I Team).
In addition, Sam Spencer (Leisure & Hospitality Team) will become a Salaried Partner alongside his colleagues Ben Compton (Rural) and Martin Wilson (Valuations).
The series of internal promotions further showcase the firms work to grow and develop teams and individuals internally.
